Project Management is the planning, organization, control, and coordination of all aspects of a project. IMAC Ltd offers project management for ship construction, ship conversion and major ship repairs managing each project professionally and exceeding the expectations of ship owners. IMAC Ltd takes a very proactive approach to project management. To do so, new shipbuilding and ship conversion teams comprise of marine engineers, naval architects, production engineers and electrical engineers, superintendents, and senior ship officers with extensive experience on all types of vessels will be based at reputable shipyards worldwide. IMAC has over twenty years working with clients in the Offshore oil & gas and renewables sector’s managing the build of High-speed crew transfer, Tug’s, Multi-Cat’s and all manner of offshore workboats, we employ the services of time served Masters and chief engineers that have worked on these vessels to advise our customers during the design phase and build to ensure our clients receive their vessels ready to start their charter or contract without systems changes or retrofitting of equipment to make the vessel functional for its given task. IMAC also offer clients crew training programs for their new asset, our all-encompassing training packages can cover all departments deck and engineering for the new onboard systems. While IMAC has a very active in-house team, we also have access to a pool of very talented and experienced new shipbuilding and ship conversion professionals from Europe, India sub-continent, the Gulf regions, and South East Asia. We take pride in our project personnel, who are multi-skilled and demonstrate high integrity. Our focus is always on maintaining high-quality standards, high safety standards, whilst endeavouring to meet project schedules and deadlines. At IMAC we strive to maintain regular effective communication among all partners consisting of classification societies, flag states, shipyards, vessel design teams, equipment suppliers and owners’ representatives. IMAC is currently working with one of the worlds leading Geo-Technical sub-sea survey and deepwater ROV exploration companies managing the builds of their three classes of ground-breaking shallow and deep water multi-role robotic vessels, once complete this will be the worlds largest fleet of unmanned vessels.
